Group Classes Abound at Our Bowie Health Club

For many people, the idea of sitting alone on an exercise bike or riding an elliptical is boring. At Fitness 4 Less in Bowie, we offer a huge variety of group fitness classes. You can sign up to take a strength training class or learn belly dancing.
